The WIRE course has been offered under a variety of formats in the past by the different state teams. Two examples are provided in this section to provide an idea of how the program might be structured. The first schedule is for five days over five weeks, probably the most realistic for working with producer audiences. The second schedule is designed for 5 days in one week, which makes for a rather intense session. However, this can work well where time is a factor.

Additional, detailed teaching notes and guidelines have been developed for training and preparing other teaching teams to offer the WIRE program. This team training package includes teaching notes, and all course slides used in the presentation of the program, as well as detailed lists of equipment needed, reference materials list, and an outline of site requirements.
